I understand what it’s like to be totally lost with drugs and alcohol – I spent years spiralling in and out of relapse. I’d rebuild my life, then knock it all down again. I know how painful it is and how hopeless it can leave you feeling.

Luckily, I found a way out that works for me, and now I’ve dedicated my life to helping others.

I want you to find the same happiness and freedom that recovery brings. My recovery coaching isn’t a one-size fits all – I’ll work with your goals and develop a personalised action plan to help you overcome your troubles.

I’m a trained therapist and more importantly, I’m passionate about recovery. My involvement depends on what you want – I can travel internationally with you, provide discreet support at family or business events, or we can simply catch up on the phone whenever you need.

I can help you build emotional resilience, stress tolerance, motivation, and accountability – all cornerstones of successful recovery.

I don’t see recovery coaching as taking charge of your life – it’s not for me to boss you around. I’m here to help you unlock your true sober potential and get back to a life worth living.

How I Can Help You

We can’t always do difficult things alone – reaching out for help is one of the bravest things you can do. Opening up to people without lived experience of substance use can be tricky – often they want to help but don’t understand.

Having a recovery coach is a fantastic way to remain accountable, have someone to bounce ideas and worries off, and know that you’ve always got someone in your corner.
